Parent Contributions

Parkdale Secondary College is looking forward to another great year of teaching and learning during 2024.

Each year the school asks our parent community to contribute financially to the school by way of an annual parent payment.

Schools provide students with free instruction to fulfil the standard Victorian curriculum and we want to assure you that all contributions are voluntary. The environment and resources that we enjoy today represent the contributions made by our parent/carer community over many years. Parent/carer voluntary contributions make a significant difference to the quality of our programs. This financial support ensures that we can continue to provide the excellent range of facilities and resources for your children.

Your support in 2023 allowed us to:

  • Provide high quality sportsgrounds, gym & theatre facilities.
  • State of the art equipment such as 3D printers, laser cutters and IT software.
  • Literacy & Numeracy support programs.
  • Wellbeing staff and programs for counselling, engagement and support of student mental health.
  • Best practice interactive teaching and learning resources.
  • Community events for VCE-VM, Visual and Performing Arts programs.
  • Community links programs such as CONNECT, Challenge and careers pathways.

The ongoing financial support of our families ensures the long-term viability of vital programs, facilities, and support for our students. The College makes every effort to keep the cost of these items and activities to a minimum and affordable for all parents.

Parkdale Secondary College wishes to advise that the voluntary financial contributions for 2024 are now available on Compass.

If you have any questions regarding payment please contact Accounts Receivable on pscaccountsreceivable@parkdalesc.vic.edu.au

Please note that if your child is enrolled in any enrichment programs, these will be invoiced separately via an Event on Compass.
