Remember, our doors are always open, so don't hesitate to reach out.. We are looking forward to an incredible year!
The Week That Was....
The first two weeks have seen children in all senior grades complete an Andersons Creek "Start up Program". This has enabled students to set the expectations for classroom behavior and work standards for the year ahead. Students have had opportunity to showcase their writing and numeracy skills, and with reflection, the students have begun to set learning goals for the year ahead.
Interschool Sport
Interschool Sport has commenced for 2024. Please ensure you child comes to school with a water bottle and hat.

This year we will conduct NAPLAN Testing commencing Wednesday 13 March. Further details will be published closer to the date.
If you have any queries, please see Mr Smith.
Phoenix Soar
Over the next 4 weeks, Grade 5 and 6 students will be taking part in the "Phoenix Soar."
Phoenix Soar is a four-week mental health and wellbeing program for grades five and six students, developed and delivered by the NBL club, South East Melbourne Phoenix.
Through the program, students learn to recognise, regulate and articulate their emotions.
Combining classroom and on court learning, students hear from Phoenix professional athletes via engaging digital content, participate in discussions, complete their own Phoenix Soar workbook, and participate in drills and clinics using their learnings in real world scenarios.
We are very excited to once again be partnering with the South East Melbourne Phoenix Basketball Club this year and they are offering ACPS families free tickets to their next two upcoming games (10th and the 17th March)... if you are interested in securing tickets, click on this link:
