Welcome Back for 2024
A very warm welcome back to school to all our students, staff and families. The beginning of a new school year is filled with excitement and anticipation for the year ahead. It has been wonderful to see our students arriving each morning with a smile on their face, eager to connect and collaborate with their friends and teachers.
Congratulations to our youngest and newest members within our school community, our Kindergarten students. Their happy faces and excitement is evident as they walk through the gates carrying their school bags and wearing their school uniform with pride. Each day they continue to amaze their teachers as to how well they are settling into our school routines and engaging in their learning.
Our students have commenced the school year excited and curious about the challenging and enjoyable learning opportunities they will engage in this term. This year students have the opportunity to aim for the stars and achieve their learning goals, developing critical life long learning skills. This week, our students have collaborated with their teachers and peers to discuss the qualities and attributes of a JigSaw learner and how they will embrace these qualities each day at St Margaret Mary’s.
At St Margaret Mary’s our Pillars, Learning and Playground Pointers support the way in which we come to school ready to learn and connect with each other.
