NSWCPS Rugby Trials
The NSWCPS Rugby Trials were held today in Forbes.
St Xavier's had seven students representing the Diocese. The ADSC Rugby Team had three wins from four games. Unfortunately, none of the St Xavier's boys progressed to the next level but they had a great day of competition.
St Xavier's Athletics Carnival
What a wonderful day last Friday was for our annual athletics carnival. The weather was perfect and participation was at an all time high, leading to a later than anticipated finish. Unfortunately, this meant the parent relay could not be run. I am sure there were many disappointed parents out there who were limbered up and at the ready!
A huge thank you to our band of volunteers who made the day run smoothly, especially the Gunnedah Athletics Association for sharing their knowledge, equipment and manpower. Also, thanks to our amazing staff who put in a massive day for the students and to Jess Stevenson who spent many hours organising and entering data.
