The JSC together with the Wellbeing team are so grateful to our incredible school community for their support of last Friday’s Crazy hair and donation day! Together, we raised an amazing $610 via gold coins, and as you can see below, received an enormous amount of non-perishable food.

Our school was thrilled to support two worthy causes, in the Fiona Elsey Cancer Research Institute and the Ballarat Foundation, who will distribute the food across various local support services in aid of Homelessness Awareness week. 

We are certain that both organisations will be incredibly grateful for the generosity and support that our community has shown and are so proud of the difference our efforts will make to so many.

Thank you also to the families who shared their creative skills and transformed their kitchens and bathrooms into hair salons on Friday morning! Everyone looked incredible and it was wonderful to see so many people getting into the spirit of the day.

Thank you, Delacombe Primary School community, you are such a special thing to be a part of!
