District Basketball

On Friday 18th August we went to Selkirk Stadium to play in district basketball.  The girls played three games and we enjoyed the whole day. We got along well with each other and played as a team.  We tied with Lucas and Clarendon on points so it came down to percentage.  Lucas came out on top and we missed out only by 6%. Everybody had a great time.

Basketball on Friday was great.  All the boys loved representing our school by playing a sport we all like.  We played six games all up and the first three games we won 59-0, 47-0 and 40-0.  The next games were awesome and lots of fun.  I can’t remember the scores but I can remember we won the grand final!  I think we made a great team and I wish we could play again together.  A big thank you to Miss Jones for coaching and taking us.
