We are excited to announce that The Great Book Swap will be happening on Wednesday 4th of September to coincide with Indigenous Literacy Day. It is a powerful fundraiser that aims to raise money for the Indigenous Literacy Foundation who are driven by the belief that ‘Reading Opens Doors’ and shapes a child’s literacy future. Your donations will be used to provide resources to organisations in remote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities such as schools, libraries and play groups. Children are asked to donate a pre-loved book and will then have the opportunity to purchase a pre-loved book on the day for a gold coin donation. Thank you for your support, we are looking forward to the big event!

Three-Year-Olds

The 3 and 4 year old children have been busy making their Father's and Special Person's Day gifts and busy rehearsing for our concerts next week. It was an extra special week as we celebrated Book Week this week in each group. We have shared many books throughout the week and have really enjoyed sharing the magic that comes with sharing stories together. We had the best time parading on the oval with the whole school on Friday!
