TERM 1 ART COMPETITION RESULTS
Well done to all Milgate students who were risk-takers and entered into our first Art Competition for 2024.
Our Term 1 competition celebrated ‘International Pencil Day’ on March 30th and ‘International Crayon Day’ on March 31st, with all entries being drawn using pencils and/or crayons.
Each year level had a theme to work with:
- Foundation - Drawings of Animals
- Year 1 and 2 - Drawings of Places
- Year 3 and 4 - Still-Life Drawings
- Year 5 and 6 - Drawings of People
The Year 6 House Leaders all voted on the best drawing from each year level, as well as some special school-wide awards.
All entries to the Art Competition are on display in the foyer between the Art Classroom and the Canteen. We invite families to please come and take a look at all of the entries before they are returned to students.
