Religious Education

This Friday we will be celebrating the Feast of the Sacred Heart with a Mass led by

Fr Michael at 10:00am in the Multi-Purpose Room.

As part of the Mass we will also continue to recognise and celebrate the 150th anniversary of the birth of the Ballarat Diocese. Yesterday Sacred Heart received the Southern Zone Message Stick to which we are gifted to carry the message to:

Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer          (Romans 12:12).

For all who walk this land:

May we always stand as tall as a tree

Be as gentle as the morning mist, and

as strong as the earth under our feet.

May the warmth of the campfire be in each of us,

And may the Creator Spirit, Source of all Life, always watch over us.(Betty Pyke)

This week we will once again ask for donations to our annual appeal
