Community News -STOMP!

Last week our awesome Prep, Grade One and Grade Two students performed the dances they have been working so hard to learn in their STOMP sessions.

Mykaela and Skye from the STOMP Dance Company have been working with the students for six weeks. They have learnt some important skills over this time, including: new dance moves, improved balance, confidence when presenting to an audience and most valuable of all, they have had fun with their friends!

On Monday 3rd June, the students performed their dances for the Rolling Hills Community and they were AMAZING! They performed four dances, plus the finale and they loved every moment.

Once again special thanks to Mykaela and Skye from STOMP; the children loved working and learning with you and will never forget your ‘fancy clicks.’

Also a huge thanks to our wonderful Rolling Hills Community for supporting and encouraging our students. So many of you came to watch the STOMP performance, which makes it so magical for the children.
