There are many ways we can help grow our children's mental health & learning. Independence. Many parents don't realise what their kids can do. Give them tasks they can handle for their age. It helps them be independent & successful later on. By taking a step back & allowing your child to take on more responsibility, you're helping them develop important life skills & build their confidence to become independent adults. There are many things that drain our children's emotional cup. However, there are also many things we can do to fill their emotional cup. Many times, we find ourselves worrying about many things. Likewise, our children can also find themselves worrying occasionally, which is quite a normal behaviour. If, however, worrying becomes a habit, it can have serious health effects on your child. All of these suggestions are designed to grow your child's resilience & emotional wellbeing, which in turn helps their learning.
