Last day of the year
We will be running a program on the last day that will start when school finishes. If you are absent for the last day of your 2024 booking you may be required to pay the full fee amount as your CCS deductions will be reversed early next year.
Please make sure to let the OSHC team know if your child will NOT attend OSHC on the last day if you are booked in.
Invoice dates for the rest of this year
Monday 9th December – with payments due Friday 13th Dec (for 2nd Dec -20th Dec – 3 weeks)

OSHC Program Christmas Closing Dates
OSHC will be closed from Friday 20th December (last day of school) and will re-open Monday 6th January (for Vacation Care).
A BIG Thank you from Sharyn
I would like to thank all the families and children for their well wishes after the news that I will be leaving the OSHC program at Wheelers Hill PS.
I feel very privileged to have spent the last 27 years at Wheelers Hill, where I have met the most amazing children and families.
This has been my second home and my family and I will greatly miss everyone and working in OSHC.
I wish you all a great Christmas and a safe New Year!
