A Note from the Board Chair

Christmas Blessings

For unto us a child is born and unto us a son is given and the government shall be on his shoulders and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

This prophecy from Isaiah describes the coming Messiah as a babe, a King who would rule on David's throne, bringing an end to war and establishing everlasting Peace. 

He came. 

The prophesy was fulfilled.

As always, unfailingly, God's promise was kept.

We thank this Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace for keeping His promises to our MECS community for 51 years and we rest in the knowledge that He sits on the throne; it is in His hands we are held and have peace.

The Board members look forward to serving that Prince of Peace again in 2025.
