Wellbeing

Welcome back to a new term! We hope the break provided your family with time to rest, recharge, and enjoy moments together.

As we begin another exciting term of learning, it’s a great time to check in on your child’s wellbeing. Simple routines like a good night’s sleep, healthy meals and time to talk about their day can make a big difference to how students settle back into school.

At school, we’ll continue to focus on building positive relationships, developing emotional literacy and recognising the strengths in ourselves and others. You might like to ask your child which character strength they have used lately or how they have helped someone feel included.

We’re looking forward to a happy and healthy term ahead!

With gratitude,
