Winter Appeal - Tuesday 29th July

As part of our commitment to compassion and social justice, our school is proud to support the Vinnies Winter Appeal. During this cold winter season, we are called to reach out to those in need. We are kindly asking families to give generously to our 2025 St Vincent de Paul Winter Appeal. Each grade has been assigned a particular type of food to donate. 

On Tuesday 29 July, we will be holding a mufti day. 

The students will need to bring the items listed below for wearing pajama clothes.

St Margaret Mary’s SRC FIAT students will then use these donations to make snack packs that will be distributed to vulnerable members of our community by the Vinnies Van Service, a special work of the St Vincent de Paul Society.

Kindergarten - Le Snacks/Cheese Dippits 

Year 1 - Individual snack size packets of Tiny Teddies or chips 

Year 2 - Individual packets of snack sultanas or muesli bars 

Year 3 - Fruit Cups

Year 4 - Cuppa Soup sachets or noodle cups 

Year 5 - Juice Poppers 

Year 6 - Canned tuna  

Please make sure that there is a sufficient use by date on these items. Any donations will be greatly appreciated. We look forward to seeing the students in mufti clothes and donating the items listed above on Tuesday 29th July, 2025. (Week 2)
