Congratulations, Emma for always demonstrating an outstanding attitude to school life. During our URStrong lesson you listened carefully and were then able to write about four situations where you have had automatic negative thoughts (A.N.Ts). You also came up with some great ideas on how to turn those thoughts around using a growth mindset. An awesome effort, Emma!
