From the Business Leader

From the beginning of Term 3, St Paul Lutheran School has moved to a new web based billing system.  This means that parents/caregivers will now access their invoices via the parent portal.  At the beginning of each term, an email will be sent with a link that will take parents/caregivers to their invoices.  At present, valid parent portal login credentials will be required to access the link.  However, by the beginning of Term 4, parents/caregivers should be able to access their invoices via the link without the need to enter login details.

 

A compete history of family invoices can be found in the parent portal under Account Information\Debtor Dashboard\Documents.

 

We thank you for your patience as we navigate this change.  As always, we are here to assist with any issues parents/caregivers experience with the parent portal and/or the school app.  And if any parent/caregiver is uncertain about their parent portal login details, please contact the school front office for assistance.
