                        🧸🌟Pyjama Day🌙🧸

On the last day of Term 2, we celebrated the conclusion of a successful but busy term with a day dedicated to mindfulness. The wellbeing team decided it would be fitting for our students to dress in their pyjamas while participating in mindfulness activities—what better way to enjoy a cold winter day than in cosy pyjamas! One of the highlights was 'Mindfulness Bingo,' a fun and calming activity designed to encourage students to practice mindfulness through engaging tasks.

 

The bingo card included activities like deep breathing exercises, expressions of gratitude, and moments of quiet reflection. This simple yet effective approach helped the children unwind and relax.

 

As mindfulness teaches us to be fully present in the moment, it isn’t limited to the classroom. It can also be practiced at home. Below, we’ve included the Mindfulness Bingo card. Feel free to adapt it to suit your home or family activities and continue the practice of mindfulness together.
