CHANGE TO PRIMARY FINISH TIMES - LAST DAY TERM 4
Please find the below important date flyer which outlines the end of Term 4 finish times.
Secondary students (Year 7-12) finish on Wednesday, 6th December at regular finish time.
Primary school will now finish at 1.00pm on
Thursday 7th December. Kinder will finish at 12.45pm on this day.
UPCOMING IMPORTANT DATES
MID TERM BREAK: Please note that there is no school on Monday 6th November & Tuesday, 7th November (Public holiday)- this is Melbourne Cup weekend.
OHSC program will not be running on this day.
STUDENT FREE DAY: Please note that there is no school for students on Friday, 24th November (curriculum day).
OHSC program WILL be running for the full day.
BUS APPLICATIONS FOR 2024
Future Bus Users: Families wishing to apply for bus use for 2024 are asked to do so by submitting a Bus application form by Tuesday 31 October. Please find the application form below.
Current Bus Users: Current bus families are asked to please indicate their intentions for 2023 bus use by completing the e-form that has been sent via Operoo by Friday 20th October.

2024 FEE SCHEDULE
Please find attached the 2024 Fee Schedule. As you will see, there has been a slight increase to tuition fees and to some levies into 2024 while other year level resource & activities levies have remained unchanged. We understand the financial pressure on many families and have therefore tried to keep increases to a minimum while balancing the ongoing budgetary impacts on the School.
For families who are struggling financially and have a genuine need, BHCS may be able offer assistance through our Fee Assistance Program. Should you require such assistance, please contact schoolfees@bhcs.vic.edu.au to request an application form (please note that there is an application process and conditions apply).
BHCS CANTEEN
PREP – YEAR 5: The canteen is available for lunch orders on Monday, Wednesday & Fridays. Primary students (Prep - Year 5) may pre-order lunch orders via the Flexischools app only. No window service.
YEAR 6 - YEAR 12: Are welcome to order at the canteen window during recess and lunch breaks on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
TREETOPS CAFE
The Café will be running every day except Wednesday. Senior students (Year 7 -12) are able to order food from the Café during break times. Only Year 11 & 12 students may use the tables and chairs in the Café.
DONATIONS WANTED!
Camp Australia are welcoming donations of any good condition, clean, unwanted construction toys, Lego or Puzzles.
Please run it passed the OSHC educators first. Come and visit the gym foyer next to Café before or after school if you would like to donate and speak to Nicole (co-ordinator).
SUMMER UNIFORM CHANGEOVER
All students will be required to wear the full summer uniform from next week (16th October). Primary students must wear a hat while outside in line with the uniform policy.

- Tuesday: 8.00am - 12.00pm
- Thursday: 12.00pm - 4.00pm
- 1st Saturday of Month - 9.00am-12.00pm
