Zeke D.  - 00M

This award is presented to Zeke for trying so hard to be a Foundation Super STAR!  Zeke  has now settled into the expectations of our school and classroom which has made me very proud. He listens to task instructions and is eager to install our Scoresby HEART values into his everyday routine. Keep up all the great work you are doing Zeke and never give up with making yourself the best person you can be.

Avah S. - 1/2B

This award goes to Avah for her fluency in reading poetry this week! Avah has demonstrated the ability to read poems accurately and expressively with a good pace. You engage your audience and it is a pleasure to listen to you read. Congratulations Avah!

Aria K. - 1/2C

This award goes to Aria for displaying the HEART value of acceptance. Aria has been very welcoming to our new class member by showing her around the classroom and school environments and being inclusive during recess and lunch time playtimes. Thanks for being an amazing friend Aria!

Kanish M. - 1/2R

Congratulations Kanish for working hard on improving your writing stamina. The effort reflects your determination spirt. I am extremely proud of how you have deep dived into our new poetry unit. Keep up the wonderful work!

Jesse W. - 3/4B

This award goes to Jesse for coming to school and getting on with his work. You come in smiling every day and complete every task we ask of you. We love seeing your skills grow in Reading, Writing and Maths. Keep it up Jesse!

Mia H. - 3/4K

This award goes to Mia for the fantastic work she did during reading lessons this week.  When working as part of a group to compare and contrast different types of information texts Mia took on a leadership role. She made sure that all students in her group were included and she supported those who were unsure. Well done Mia!

Paravvir S. - 3/4S

This award goes to Paravvir for using the Scoresby HEART values at all times. Paravvir is often heard to be giving compliments to others, helping people out if needed and is always respectful. It is a pleasure having you in our class, Paravvir.

Baileigh K. - 5/6B

This award has been coming for several weeks Baileigh. I am so impressed with the improvement you have made in your presentation from the start of the year to now. You showed improvement through Term two and you have lifted another level again. Your care in how your work looks is transferring into the care you have for the work itself. Keep up the awesome work!

Riley C. - 5/6D

Riley has settled into Term 4 with a positive learning attitude. In Reading, Riley was able to successfully apply his learning from the week to a Shark Tank analysis. He was able to identify persuasive devices used and summarise the overall presentation by including important details. Well done Riley. Keep up the great work!

This award goes to Ava for consistently displaying the HEART Value of Excellence. Ava is an absolute star both in and out of the classroom. She demonstrates a hardworking and persistent attitude towards everything that she does which sets a wonderful example for all of her peers. Ava, I am so proud to be your teacher this year. Keep up the wonderful work!

Hayley R. - Visual Arts

This award goes to Hayley for her wonderful ‘One, Two, Buckle My Shoe’ animation. Students in 3/4 worked in pairs to create a short video using the Stop Motion app. Hayley successfully explored settings, characters and photography and worked collaboratively and creatively with her partner to create a superb video. Awesome work Hayley!
