YEAR 7 AND 8 STEAM EXCURSION

The year 7 and 8 Steam students went to the Gippsland Tech school to take part in the Industry Tech taster workshops. They completed rotations in digital designs for a lazer cutter, coding robots to monitor building security and deliver items, and using virtual reality to safely explore dangerous situations. A great day out!

YEAR 9 AND 10 STEAM

The Year 9/10 STEAM class visited Gippsland Tech School to participate in an Extended Reality workshop. Students explored Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented reality (AR) and Mixed Reality and how these processes and technologies can be used as a tool in industry and community.
