Prep - Autumn Walk

The excitement was high in Prep on Tuesday as we embarked on our very first excursion for the year. The annual Prep Autumn Walk is always a delight and this year was no different.

We were lucky to have a beautiful Autumn day to walk two by two all the way to McIndoe park and back. Students, teachers, Mr Slidders and parents all chatted along the way pointing out the changes in the colours of the leaves. Some students were excited to find leaves bigger than their own faces! 

We made good time on our way to McIndoe Park, so we were able to enjoy a play on the playground. Students swung, climbed and slid on the playground, enjoying this wonderful part of our local community. Although our legs were tired when we got back, all students acknowledged how enjoyable the morning had been.
