IEPs

Teachers- ensure student goals are uploaded on Accerlerus and student IEPs are complete. 

SUNSMART

Staff need to apply sunscreen to students and ensure students have a hat when they play outside. This also includes any outside break time during a work session. We do announce an inside lunch/recess break when the UV reaches 10, or the weather is extreme.

SSGs

I have checked all Primary Student files on SharePoint for SSG minutes, and a list of students who have not had their SSG minutes uploaded was emailed to teachers. teachers need to check if these are students are in their room and upload your SSG minutes in Student Files on SharePoint promptly. 

Remember:

-If you are still waiting for a signed form to be returned, upload an unsigned form in the meantime, then replace it with the signed form when received.

-If you were not able to have an SSG with a parent, write the reason why on the form and upload it.

-If you have uploaded your SSGs, and your student codes are listed in the email sent to teachers, perhaps you have not checked them in on SharePoint. Please ask myself or a colleague to show you this system if needed.

I have been keeping track of how teams are going with these tasks. Well done to those teams working together to complete these tasks promptly.

Seesaw

The minimum requirement to upload pictures to parents/carers is one photo per student per week. Please make sure you are uploading photos to parents. Families love to receive and share these photos together.

Assembly

Please see the roster for Assembly for the remainder of Term 1, through to Term 2. Please also refer to the email sent to staff including the Student of the Week award and the PowerPoint.
