Radical Rollercoasters!
As part of our Inquiry unit on ‘Explorers’, Grade 4 learnt about how people are curious, risk takers to create new ideas/products. Students were given the brief to design a ‘rollercoaster’ that would carry a marble more than 30cm. They had fun showing perseverance, resilience and used their curiosity to come up with an interesting design. Open evening proved enjoyable listening to feedback on their designs, as parents and children had fun testing their rollercoasters.

District Grand Finals Success
Yesterday, our Football and Netball A/B teams competed in the district grand finals. All three teams have been fantastic all season. Congratulations to both Netball teams for their victories, earning them a spot in the division finals next term. Unfortunately, our Football team faced a strong OLOP side. Despite playing their best game of the season, it wasn’t enough for the win. Well done to all students for their efforts in inter-school sports this term. We’re excited for the upcoming inter-school sport competitions next term!
