From the start of Term 1, 2025, our school bell times will follow the structure given below.

For Years 7 to 10 students
From 9:00 am to 9:15 am on
Mondays: go to assembly in the quad
Tuesdays to Fridays: go to your roll call room
For Years 11 and 12 students
Period 0 classes will still start at 7:45 am until 8:45 am.
From 9:00 am to 9:15 am, all senior students go to your roll call room.
For ALL students
Period 1 goes from 9:15 am to 10:15 am everyday with other Periods and break times moving 15 minutes later in the day.
This means Period 5 would start at 2:15 pm. But it will still finish at 2:55 pm.
Wednesdays Early Finish
On Wednesdays, Years 10 to 12 students finish at 12:45 pm. Year 9 students finish at 1:45 pm.
The yearly Academic Reports were recently released for all students. Parents and carers can access a digital copy of student reports through the Sentral for Parents app. If any parents, carers or students have any questions about their academic report, please feel free to get in touch with the student’s teacher via the school.

Academic reports are also available in the Student and Parent Portal.
‘Share Our Space’ is a Department of Education program that runs during school holidays when outdoor facilities of public schools are open to the public for a wide range of activities. The activites shown will be held at Merrylands High School. You do not need to live in the area nor attend Merrylands High School to join. They are free, but you must register beforehand as places are limited.
To keep children active, Netball NSW has organised a free Netball NSW School Holiday Clinic at Merrylands High School.

Enclosed shoes must be worn, bring along a hat and drink bottle
Parents/guardian must be with their children for the duration of the event
