Parents and Friends

Parents & Friends are happy to report that our Crazy Camel fundraiser was a big success, and items will be available for collection in the coming weeks. A heartfelt thank you to all the families who supported our school and participated in this fundraiser. Funds raised will be going towards some fantastic outdoor games for students to participate in during lunch time.

We can also happily announce the Bunyip Primary has been successful recipient of a generous grant from the Garfield Community Op Shop. The funds will be going towards sensory equipment for all our classrooms.

Looking ahead, Term 3 is looking to be just as busy and exciting!

Our Father’s Day Stall will be held on Thursday August 29th. We would love lots of parent helpers for a couple of hours to set up, sell and pack up the stall, so lock in the date and we will let you know the details soon! Even if you’re only available for some of the time, your support will be appreciated.

We are excited for our upcoming Pie Drive fundraiser in September, thanks to the support of our wonderful local Bunyip Bakery. Details will be released soon. This fundraiser will be a fantastic opportunity to raise funds for our school while supporting our local bakery. The timing is perfect, as the footy finals season will be upon us!

Parents & Friends’ next meeting is Friday August 16th at 9.15am in the Community Room. We hope to see you there!
