Policy review

In our recent Parent Forum, we gathered to discuss and review a range of the school's current policies, aiming to enhance our educational environment. The meeting provided a platform for invited parents to voice their questions, suggest improvements, and collaborate with school leaders. Key topics included updates to the Digital Learning policy, adjustments to Homework Policy, and strategies for addressing student well-being with the Wellbeing and Engagement Policy.

Feedback was collected on proposed changes and will be taken to relevant leadership teams within the school and influence the reviewed policies. The forum continued to highlight the importance of transparent communication and community involvement in shaping effective school policies.

We appreciate the active participation of all parents and look forward to implementing beneficial changes based on your valuable input. For detailed policy revisions and further updates, please refer to the school’s website or contact the school.

Parent Student Teacher Conferences (PTSC)

PTSC’s took place on Tuesday 10th September and it was great to see many parents engage with this process. PTSC’s are focused on giving direct feedback on a student’s current progress, their growth and areas for future growth, where possible, showing work samples and relevant data to guide the conversation.

If you missed out on PTSCs and would like to contact relevant teachers for feedback, please do not hesitate to email our teachers directly for written feedback, or to arrange a time to talk over the phone or even meet in person. Homegroup teachers can also help arrange this if support is needed.
