This year on Friday 19th of July National Pyjama Day will be hosted! 

All of the Oatlands community including teachers can bring in a gold coin to come in pyjamas.

Why do we celebrate NPD? 

It’s to donate money to foster care so the children can have clothes and something to celebrate. 

What are Pyjama angels? 

They are volunteers to be like a fairy godmother to foster children and make kids have a smile on their face. They visit foster children in their homes to do fun educational activities and read books. 

Where does the money go?

The money goes towards educational supplies for the kids in foster care and it also goes to training the Pyjama Angels. We encourage you to wear your pyjamas and join in on the fun - but if you don't want to dress up you can bring a donation.
