Principal Report 

A very big well done to everyone! We are almost through to the end of Term 2, which has been another busy, but very good term. Our students have done a great job; when I go around to classrooms our students are focussed and engaged in their learning. Well done!

Our newly landscaped area next to the Grade 1/2 Playground has been opened up, including the artificial grass area and the undercover concrete area. Over the holidays this area will be finished off, with electrical and data cabling work taking place. There will also be some bench tables and seating going in under the covered area. The temporary fencing between the playground and Kurrajong Road will be taken away as soon as the grass has grown a bit.

Next term we hit the road running with our House Athletics on our first day of school, Monday 15th July, at Casey Fields Athletics Complex. This is a great day and gives our grades 3 to 6 students an opportunity to take part in a range of athletic events.

I hope all of our families and staff have a restful and relaxing mid-year break and come back at the start of Term 3 fresh and ready to learn.
