Book Fair Comming Soon

When: Monday 18th of November – Friday 22nd of November

Where: The School library  Times: 3pm-4pm 

Come along to Surfside’s 2nd book fair for the year.

Every book purchased helps raise money towards new books for our school library. Along with the latest bestselling children’s books there are diaries, posters, pens, pencils 

and erasers for sale.

A selection of $5 books will also be available to purchase.

Please note Scholastic will now charge a 1% surcharge  to your purchase if using the ‘tap and go’ eftpos payment method, no charge for, card insert, transactions

We will also be having a book fair ‘At the beach’, themed colour in or design your own hat competition. Students can choose to either complete a colour in sheet or design/color in your own hat. These will be handed out in class.

Two winners from the junior, middle and senior cohorts will be chosen. All finished colouring sheets must be handed to classroom teachers or the office by 

Friday 22nd of November.

Winners will be announced the following week, and all winners will each receive a hamper of books, posters, and novelties. 

We are also looking for parent helpers to assist in the book fair each afternoon. 

Monday to Friday 3-4 pm, processing cash and eftpos payments.

Christmas Raffle 

Christmas raffle tickets will be sent home in late November.  Each book of 10 tickets,  sells for $2 each.

The  fundraiser is always a huge success due to your generous donations of Christmas items that make up our hampers, such as bon bons, gift wrap, novelty toys, short bread, Christmas decorations, etc. 

If you would like to start donating these item, you can drop them off at our office anytime.
