BOGGABRI MARKETS

A huge thank you to the families who took the time to bake delicious treats for our stall on Saturday at the Boggabri Markets. Thank you also to the parents who came along and donated their time to run the stall. The markets were a great success and a wonderful day out in our community. We raised $553 profit, which will be added to other funds we have raised this year. What a fantastic school community we have!

SACRED HEART BOGGABRI 2025 COMMUNITY CALENDAR & RAINFALL CHART

The PTF Association of Sacred Heart School is again producing a community calendar for the 2025 year. This year we are also adding a rainfall chart.

The calendar has proven to be popular with the local community over the past years and has helped us to raise funds to support our children's classroom resource requirements, sporting and cultural activities.

We currently have ad spaces available, so if you would like to advertise your business on our calendar or rainfall chart, ensuring your details are at the forefront of all local households, please complete the paperwork in the link below and return it directly to school or via our PTF email (shpbptf@gmail.com) by Friday, November 22nd.

NEXT GENERAL PTF MEETING

Our final PTF Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, November 26th, at 5:45pm. This meeting will also be available via Zoom, and the link will be sent via Compass. Please come to discuss our final decisions regarding the funds raised this year.

UNIFORM SHOP

The Uniform Shop is stocked with both new and pre-loved uniform items. The PTF has purchased new items to make it easier for families. Please look in the Uniform Shop before deciding to purchase elsewhere. As you will see the items are very reasonably priced.

WORKING WITH CHILDREN CHECK (WWCC)

Parents who volunteer at the school in any capacity around children other than their own are asked to provide a Working With Children Check. Volunteer Working With Children Checks can be obtained from Service NSW and, once obtained, are valid for 5 years. Just a friendly reminder that if you are a member of the PTF, you must have a current Working With Children Check. If you are unsure if you have a current WWCC, please don't hesitate to contact Ms Traynor in the office.
