SCHOOL FEES
Term 4 School Fees statements were sent out to parents and are due by this FRIDAY 15TH NOVEMBER. Please make payment by the due date unless other arrangements have been made.
If you are experiencing difficulty, please do not hesitate to contact the school office to arrange a payment plan.
Payment options include:
BPAY - preferred option (details on your School Fees statement)
EFTPOS - available at the school office
Compass Pay - in the Compass Portal Payment Centre
Cash - handed into the front office

2025 START DATES
In 2025, Armidale Catholic Schools start and finish dates will be as follows:
Please note: In 2025, these dates will differ from those of NSW DET schools. Armidale Catholic Schools will start a day earlier at the beginning of the year and finish a day earlier at the end of the year.
TERM 1
Eastern schools
Thursday 30th and Friday 31st January - Staff Development Days (Pupil Free Days)
Monday 3rd February - A students commence
Friday 11th April - Term 1 finishes
TERM 2:
Monday 28th April to Friday 4th July
TERM 3:
Monday 21st July to Friday 26th September
Monday 21st July - System-wide Staff Development Day (Pupil Free Day)
TERM 4:
Monday 13th October to Thursday 18th December
Monday 13th October - System-wide Staff Development Day (Pupil Free Day)
Thursday18th December - System-wide Staff Development Day (Pupil Free Day)

COMPASS
It is extremely important that all parents and carers access the COMPASS Portal either via the Compass App on their phone or on their computer desktop. This is our parent communication platform for:
- giving permission and making payment for all school events by due dates
- receiving important information regarding school activities
- receiving your child's school academic reports
- booking Parent/Teacher Interviews
- submitting absentee notes for your child
- emailing your child's teacher
Please ensure that you have NOTIFICATIONS turned on for your Compass App so that you are notified of any communication from Compass.
