Global Arts

In Global Arts, our junior students have been experimenting with different elements such as tempo and dynamics. They've explored the contrast between slow and fast, loud and soft, and practiced playing to the beat and different rhythms. In French, they’ve been singing "Bonjour mes amis," a greeting song that helps them connect with the language in a fun, musical way.

Our Grade 3 to 6 students have been progressing with the ukulele, building on their skills and learning to play more complex chords and songs. They’ve also picked up drumsticks to explore the basics of drumming, learning rhythms and drumming techniques. In Spanish, students are learning how nouns are classified as either masculine or feminine and how this classification affects the forms of words around them.
