Library News

Dear Library Community,

As we approach the end of the year, we kindly remind our wonderful library community that all borrowed books are now due for return in Week Six of this term. It is essential for the library to collect all books to conduct our annual stocktake and ensure all resources are in optimal condition for student use in 2025.

Please return your books by Friday 15 November to help us maintain our collection and provide the best possible service to our community. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. We encourage students to make use of the Albany Town Library throughout the school holidays.

Year Twelve and Year Eleven textbooks should be returned by the end of a student’s final exam. Senior Secondary School students have been sent an overdue email so that have a list of the textbooks needing to be returned.

Bookclub

We anticipate that the last order of the year will hopefully arrive next week.

Djinda Library Bags

The Djinda students have been very excited to take a library bag home and share a book with their family. This library bag should be returned to school each week. Djinda bags will need to be returned to the school by Week Seven.

Lunch Time Concert & Sausage Sizzle 

No need to pack a school lunch next Thursday 14 November as the school is providing a sausage sizzle to Secondary School students from Years Seven to Ten from 1.15pm to 1.45pm.
