This week in Mathematics we are learning about location and positional language.

VOCABULARY

Location - where things and people are in relation to themselves or other objects.

Positional Language - words like above, below, next to, in front of, behind, and between to describe where something is located.

Building with Blocks

Build structures together with blocks or toys, using instructions like “Place the red block on top of the blue one” or “Put the small block in front of the big one.” This reinforces position words and spatial relationships.
