Cricket the Big Bottles travelled to Temora to take on the Exies Renegades, and took home the win in a low scoring affair.

Tim Suttor was the top scorer with the bat, with young Oliver Miller giving good support, with Liam Birks taking 4 with the ball and Wil Stanley taking 2. This weekend the team host the Temora Shamrock Leprecauns

 

 

In Junior cricket over 300 runs were scored in the local derby with Green taking home the chocolates.

Occy Miller top scored for Green with good support from Patrick Smith and Digby Merriman, while with the ball Occy Miller, Patrick Smith and William Miller took 2 wickets each

While for Gold George Manion top scored with the bat and Lachlan Halls and Archer Dowling both taking 2 wickets

This weekend Gold host the Jennings Mowers Warriers while Green have the bye.

 

Boorowa Tennis Classes are starting on Monday 10th February with options available for the whole family! A nine week program available.

Rugby the Goldilocks have started preseason at the Rec Ground on Fridays from 6:30. All skill levels and experience welcome - come down and get involved in some fitness!

League the Rovers and Roverettes have started their pre-season Tuesdays from 6:30 at the Rec Ground. Registrations are now open for the upcoming season.

 

 

 

 

Gun Club Tuesday Night Practice at Boorowa Gun Club from 4.30pm until 7.30pm every Tuesday subject to weather and staffingThey reported good numbers to their first shoot of the year, and I will post the results once I get them.

 

 

 

Boorowa Running Club meets every Friday morning at 6:15 am and Sundays at 8 am at the cricket nets. All welcome you can run or walk 3 or 5 km.
