And just like that Week 4 is done and dusted!
Busselton Camp
Last weekend the Boarding and Day students who chose to stay in attended the Busselton Camp at the lovely Busselton Baptist Camp. It is always a very enjoyable weekend with prime position on the waterfront.
A huge thanks to our fabulous Residential staff who spent a considerable amount of time planning and coordinating in the lead up, as well as over a very big weekend. The students enjoyed water-based activities such as kayaking, swimming, fishing, beach games, sports as well as karaoke, board games and were treated with great food as per usual!
Around the College
This week has been another busy week around the College. There have been many students attend sport such as basketball, footy training and netball, as well as the town gym.
New students are now being inducted into the onsite gym, while others are choosing to train on the oval or go for a run to beef.
The ever popular “Town Trip” to Havey has been well attended to stock up on supplies, though I am always surprised they feel the need to add to their 7 meals a day!
Week 3 Dorm Challenge
Week 4 Dorm Challenge
This week's Dorm Challenge was a great hit with Sally’s home-grown watermelons.
Talking Circle
Tuesday night the Year 10 and new Year 11 boys were introduced into the “Talking Circle” with Kryssie. She spoke with students about the introduction of dorm life and discussed some of the procedures that they are required to follow within the residential setting such as the use of the laundries.
Clothing
Could parents please make sure that their child's clothes are clearly labelled and if an odd laundry number on clothing comes home, can it be returned to the owner or to the College.
Have a fabulous long weekend, we look forward to seeing everyone back after 3.30pm on Monday 😊
