Welcome to the new school year. The library is ready for the students to come in and borrow some wonderful new books.

We now have a Junior Non Fiction section for the Prep to Year 2 students. It is located next to the Picture Book area.

Lunchtime clubs will commence soon. Possibly in the next week or so and I will let everyone know what days and times they will be.

Please remember to give your child a library bag if they are in Prep to Year 4, so they can bring library books home to read and enjoy. There are some homemade bags available for purchase from the school office for just $2.  

If you would like to volunteer in the library, please let me know. Once you have completed the necessary Parent Helper training module. There are always some easy jobs in the library such as  scanning books, shelving books, placing stickers on books or stamping them. If anyone is interested to learn how to cover books, I would be very happy to teach you. It’s not as scary as you think. 

I look forward to welcoming all the students to the library. Please feel free to drop in and take a look at our library collection.
