From the Finance Office

The Finance Office at the college intends to communicate with parents at least once a month on financial matters. Below are some important things to note:

School Fees 2025

Schedule of Fees and Charges for 2025 has been published. A notification in relation to the fees for 2025 was sent earlier in the week to all parents.  A copy of the fees is also now available on the College website. Business Terms for 2025 will be broadcast shortly.

Payment of Accounts

Please note that all tuition fees for the year will have to be paid in full on or before the end of the year. Any exceptions to this are by formal payment arrangement in writing and agreed with the Business Manager, otherwise the College reserves the right to terminate the student’s enrolment. It is important that you write to the Business Manager if you need additional time to pay any outstanding dues.

Withdrawal of students

If your family's personal circumstances have changed and you plan on leaving PVCC at the end of 2024, parents are to let the college know, in writing, by October 7, 2024 (the first day of Term 4). Please email our Registrar, Margaret Vella, at margaret.vella@pvcc.vic.edu.au. If the required notice is not given, one full term’s tuition fees, including levies will be payable.

Conveyance Allowance credits

Conveyance Allowance credits for Term 3 have been posted to all eligible families on your FACTS Tuition Fee account. Credits for Term 4 will be posted early next term. Please contact the finance office if you have any questions regarding this.

School Saving Bonus

School Saving Bonus is a Victorian Government initiative that will provide $400 in support for Victorian school-aged students in Term 4, 2024 for use on 2025 school costs. Whilst the bonus is applicable to all students in the public school system, only eligible students in the independent school system receive this. If you are a family with a valid means-tested card, please contact the finance manager to discuss further regarding this. More information is also available at https://www.vic.gov.au/school-saving-bonus#non-government-school-information
