Top 3 Fundraisers for Colour Explosion
A massive thank you to all families who fundraised money for the Colour Explosion this year. We managed to raise $5,873, as a school! This is an amazing effort and we are very grateful to all families who participated in this exciting event.
The 3 top fundraisers for the Colour Explosion are:
1st - Ripley Coulthard-Clarke with $532
2nd - Maisy Stephen with $520
3rd - Herbert Hewer with $400
Congratulations to these students, you will receive your prize at Friday's assembly!
2024 Wrap up and Looking forward to 2025!
It has been a year of fun and successful events for the HEPS Parents Association and we have loved putting together so many community events and fundraisers for our wonderful school.
Looking back on 2024 we have hosted the Colour Run, Bingo/Games Night and Disco, run the Mother’s Day and Father’s Day stalls, organised the Easter Raffle, Cookie Dough fundraiser, Subway Lunch order, Footy and Sports day lunch order and finished with supporting the fabulous Christmas Concert!
All of these events come to life thanks to our hard working PA committee and all the amazing HEPS families who give their time at different events across the year.
At the end of 2024 we are saying goodbye to some committee members whose families are finishing their time at HEPS and in 2025 we would love your help! Early next year we will be sharing information about all the PA committee roles and welcoming all interested HEPS parents or family members to come along to our AGM. We would love to see you if you are interested in taking on a committee role or joining as a general PA member who would like to help make a difference at HEPS! We will also still be asking for help during the year to support individual events and we look forward to working with our fabulous HEPS community of helpers!
HEPS Twilight Christmas Concert - Thank you!
It was wonderful to see the HEPS community out on the oval, relaxing, singing and celebrating the end of year festivities with our brilliant HEPS Christmas Concert!
We would like to thank all the HEPS families that volunteered their time to help with the BBQ, icy poles and drink sales on the day. Without your time and help these events couldn’t happen and we are so grateful that you were able to help us support the HEPS Christmas Concert with the tasty BBQ!
A big thank you to Miss Austin for organising all the students fabulous performances and hosting such a fun night!

A big thank you to this year's 2024 parent helpers. Whether you helped in a classroom, on an excursion, with the PA or school council, or at one of the community events, we thank you for your support and couldn’t do it without you. Our students have benefited greatly from your support.
We would also like to thank Team Kids, our aftercare provider, for generously providing a yummy breakfast for our 2024 parent helpers.
Team kids provided the croissants and muffins. We thank them for helping to support our school community.
Finally, the PA wishes all of the HEPS community a happy festive season as everyone celebrates the end of 2024 with your different family and community traditions. We hope that all the HEPS students, staff and families have a fun, safe and relaxing summer and we look forward to seeing you all in 2025!
