Final words from our student school leaders
During the final Leaders Lunch, I asked our student leaders questions. I will share with you two, and their collective responses.
"What are you most proud of achieving as a student leader in 2024?"
- Receiving feedback that we were being great role models.
- Ending the playground swap.
- Generally making the school a better place.
"What advice do you have for the 2025 student leaders?"
- Be prepared for anything from anyone.
- Do your best to try and make things happen.
- Commit to your ideas.
- Every little change works towards a big change.
- Say your ideas, even if you think it sounds stupid in your head.
- Ask around, get others input.
Happy Holidays
I wish all of our school community a safe and healthy holiday break. I wish all the families who are moving on to new schools my best wishes for the future, and I look forward to continuing the work with our families returning in 2025.
Our first day for students to return is Thursday 6th February.
