Senior Boys Cricket Report

Congratulations to the 9 boys who attended the Senior Boys Cricket Carnival on Thursday 15th February. 

Although short on numbers, the boys more than made up for it with a huge display of heart and talent in the field. 

After narrowly losing the first 2 games, the boys came back strong to win their next game against Sandringham, and come up against a stacked Parkdale team in the playoff for 5th place. 

With some outstanding pressure bowling from Kai and Nate, Parkdale were restricted to 55 off 8 overs.

Some destructive hitting from the openers, including a very impressive knock from Ollie, meant the boys secured the victory in the 6th over. 

An outstanding achievement for all the boys involved – not only in their result, but also in the admirable way in which they conducted themselves throughout the day.
