School Holidays are nearly upon us, which means we have been blessed to learn and play alongside your children for an entire term! It has been wonderful to watch our friends settle into new routines and rituals with their Teams and display their inquisitive nature as they immerse themselves in their learning inquiry projects.
While we busily work away on the Holiday Program for Term 1, please remember to kindly notify us via the below link of your child’s attendance during this period. Please note, your regular booked days still remain during these weeks unless you wish to add days to your normal sessions or give notice that your child will not be attending during the holidays. As per our Fee Policy, families are entitled to nominate their child’s attendance during the holidays and if you do not wish to access the service during this period, written notice must be given.
The Holiday Program will commence on Monday 15th of April until Friday 26th of April. Please also be reminded that the Centre will be closed for the Anzac Day Public Holiday on Thursday 25th of April.
Accounts will be modified on Monday 25th of March to reflect your nomination of attendance. This form must be completed even if you do not require any changes to be made. If you do not give written notice to the Assistant Director before this date, then your account will be charged for your regular booked days. By clicking "I agree" on the online form you are confirming and accepting the completed responses provided. Should any changes be required after this date, please email the Assistant Director directly for consideration as staffing will already be finalised based on received submission forms.
Please note, only one submission is required per family. As we are trialling a new submission form this term (online vs paper), the link previously emailed to you has been inserted below for easy reference - a few clicks is all it takes, so please be sure to complete prior to Monday 25th of March.
