Year 3 Discovery Camp

Our Year 3 students had wonderful long day camp experience down at Anglesea YMCA Discovery camp this week. This camp helps prepare them for an overnight camp experience in Year 4, as the students had a full day at camp, staying until dinner in the evening before returning later to school for collection at 7.30pm. The students loved all the activities on camp, which included an Orienteering challenge using walkie talkie radios, crate climbing in a harness , bouldering and mini golf. Lunch and Dinner were both enjoyed in the camp dining hall. The students were very respectful and enthusiastic during the day and the camp gave us lovely feedback after camp about how much the staff and instructors had enjoyed working with our students. Well done to all the Year 3 students for embracing the day with such positivity!
