Tennis Lessons at FPS

Tennis lessons will again be held on Thursday mornings before school at FPS. The program commences Thursday 15 February, from 8:15 - 8:45am.

Parent Seminar – For Parents of Children Experiencing Anxiety

Fear Less is a six-session online program for parents of children who experience anxiety.

Hard Quiz for Kids – Seeking Applications

For years, Tom Gleeson has been challenging adults to hard questions on Hard Quiz. This time, the kids get to have a go! Some special episodes of Hard Quiz are being made… with kids!

  • Who: Children in Year 5, 6 or 7 in 2024 who are an expert on a special topic.
  • When: The application period has been extended and will close on Sunday 18th February 2024.
  • How: Parents/carers are to fill out the application with their child.

Australia Camps Association: Camps for People Living with Disability

People Outdoors, a program of the Australian Camps Association, was established in 1989 to provide outdoor recreation for people of all ages living with disability. Camps range from two-night weekend camps to four-day residential camps during the school holidays. Participants are looked after by a team of disability support workers for the duration of camp.

Free NBN – Government Funded Initiative

The Federal Government has an initiative to provide free NBN internet at home for families with school students who don’t have access to NBN home broadband. 

 

This initiative is designed to boost education opportunities for students at home and narrow the divide by providing up to 30,000 eligible families with a free NBN service through to December 2025.
