Learner Diversity

Mrs. Michelle D'Antonio is our Senior Leader: Learner Diversity here at Our Lady's Primary School. Michelle is a skilled practitioner with a range of experience supporting students with additional needs. 

Michelle works closely with students who require additional support within our school environment. Michelle's role is to support Classroom Teachers & Learning Support Officers to best provide adjustments to classroom content to make learning accessible to all.

This year, we have decided to rethink our Program Support Meetings and the timelines in which these meetings take place. In Week 4 of each term, we will be meeting with the families of students who we have identified as needing extra supports within the school environment. Michelle will make contact with families to schedule appointments. Please keep an eye out for an email or phone call from Michelle to book your first PSG meeting for 2024. This will be a great opportunity to meet your child's 2024 classroom teacher and discuss any essential information.

Please keep in mind how important these meetings are. Once booked, we are rarely able to reschedule. Working together to ensure these meetings take place needs to be a shared priority for us all.
