Message from the Chaplain

As we step into a new school year, we are reminded that every fresh beginning is a gift. It brings with it renewed hopes, unseen opportunities, and the promise of growth - for our children, our families, and our College community. Whether this year feels exciting, uncertain, or a mix of both, we can take comfort in knowing we do not walk into it alone.
One of the most reassuring verses for a season of new beginnings comes from Isaiah 43:19 “See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?” This verse invites us to pause long enough to notice the new things God is growing in us and around us. Even when the path is unfamiliar, God is already at work - preparing, guiding, and encouraging us.
As parents and carers, you play an extraordinary role in shaping the daily rhythms of your children’s lives. Your support, patience, and care help them arrive each day ready to learn, connect, and thrive. This new year is a chance to celebrate the small steps forward, to embrace challenges as learning moments, and to trust that God is gently leading us all.
May you find joy in the ordinary moments - morning routines, lunchbox notes, after‑school conversations - and may God bless your home with peace, strength, and hope.
Let’s journey together with expectation, believing that God is doing something new and beautiful in our school community this year.
