Boarding Bulletin

There has been much excitement in boarding as we welcomed our new boarders and their families to our boarding community on Monday afternoon and our returning boarders on Tuesday.
Wednesday morning was also the first of many lasts for our Year 12 boarders who commenced their last first day.
A Place of Belonging
As our boarders settle into their home for 38 weeks this year, it is important that you know that homesickness is normal. As parents and carers, please always stay optimistic and positive about boarding with your child and always tell them how proud you are of them with their ability to cope in their new environment away from their loved ones and home. If your child continues to struggle, please talk to us and encourage them to approach staff. We have an amazing pastoral care team at school and in boarding who are here to support them in their journey.
