P & F Committee for 2026

We are seeking Volunteers for the 2026 year for the Committee, as well as each Year Level event. We rely on parent volunteers to keep these events running, they are fun to be a part of and the kids love the extra activities! 

It would be great to have some new faces involved in 2026. Attached is a description of each of the roles that are available and also the link to volunteer:

Icy Pole Sales will commence from this Friday 6 February. 

Information for new families: Each Friday in Terms 1 & 4 icy poles are sold from the Community Centre Kitchen. In Terms 2 & 3 lamingtons are sold. Children are invited to bring 50c to purchase an icy pole. Preps will be taken to the serving window that leads outside next to the bubblers by their teacher. They will put their 50c in the container and a volunteer will give them an icy pole and give change if required. 

Please note:

• Only one icy pole per child (Berri Quelch brand)
• No IOU’s or pre purchasing is possible 
• Please email any dietary requirements to fridaytreatspf@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist

This initiative is run solely by parent volunteers so please consider signing up to help out when you can. A sign up sheet with further information and times will be available later this week, please keep an eye out in your year level group chats. To be a volunteer you must have completed the relevant WWCC paperwork with the school.

Cinema Night 2026

Book this one in your Calendars for 2026 – Friday March 13th 2026 !

This event will be organised by the 2026 Grade 2 Year Level (2025 Grade 1 Parents). It would be great to get a number of parents organised now, so that we can be ready and organised for the big night – it will come around quickly !
