Forest School

We’ve been super busy in Forest School this week; digging and climbing and swinging and running and observing all of the changes to our beautiful Middle Gully Reserve…and what more important work is there for small humans?!

Foundation students have been collecting and observing mini beasts. Grades one and two students have been using saws and hammers as simple machines. Grades three and four students have been observing the changes from liquid to solid from cooking on the campfire and grade five and six students have been observing the way light, in the form of shadow, changes with fire and cloud.

Fun times as usual and lots to learn!!!
